Restoring Health requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to provide such notice or missing an appointment ("No-Show") will result in a fee of $50, which must be paid before scheduling your next visit. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain availability for all our patients.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Restoring Health does not offer refunds for services rendered. If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Prepaid packages are non-transferable and must be used within one year of purchase.
SMS/Text Messaging Policy
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from Restoring Health regarding appointment reminders, billing notifications, and wellness updates. Standard messaging rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message received.
Email/Newsletter Consent

Scope of Practice (MD + NP + IHP)
Restoring Health operates with a collaborative team of a Medical Director (MD), Nurse Practitioner (NP), and Integrative Health Practitioners (IHP). Each provider operates within their respective legal scope of practice. The IHP focuses on root cause protocols and lifestyle coaching and does not diagnose or treat medical diseases. All medical diagnostic and treatment decisions are made by the NP and MD.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Restoring Health values your time. Our policy ensures we can support all patients effectively. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full visit amount. We do not offer refunds for medical consults or treatments already performed. Supplement and product returns are only accepted for unopened items within 14 days of purchase.
