How is Functional Medicine different from conventional healthcare?
Conventional medicine often focuses on managing symptoms with medication. At Restoring Health, we investigate the root cause—looking at cellular health, hormonal balance, and environmental factors like mold or chronic inflammation. We treat the person, not just the isolated symptoms.
What conditions do you specialize in?
We provide science-based care for chronic illness, Lyme disease, mold illness, Long COVID, and autoimmune conditions. We also specialize in Developmental & Complex Pediatric support for metabolic and nervous system dysregulation.

Do you accept medical insurance?
We are currently fee-for-service to ensure we can provide the slow, individualized medicine our patients deserve. However, we are pleased to announce we will be Accepting Insurance Soon. Please check our Insurance Accepted page for updates.
How do I manage my billing and records?
Existing patients can access our Patient Portal to view lab results, message their provider, and Pay Your Bill securely. New patients will receive portal credentials following their initial assessment with Scott Miller, Shelly Miller, or Dr. Michael Weber.
